I got to make this beautiful 3 tier cheese wheel cake for my client's 60th birthday vegetarian grazing table.
They are big cheese and wine lovers so they paired some beautiful wines from their collection with these cheeses from Oregon, France and Spain.
This was so fun to execute and turned out to be a showstopper!
