Infused magic shell is one of the easiest and best edible to make for summer.
I always reccomend infusing coconut oil because it’s so diverse. You can use it in edibles, chocolate or just use it topically.
To make an infused magic shell that magically creates a shell when drizzled on ice cream, you just add need chocolate, infused coconut oil (it MUST be coconut oil) and a double boiler of a pot with a glass bowl that fits over the top.
Add 1 part Infused Coconut oil
To 2 parts Good quality chocolate
To a double boiler set to medium high heat, then stir until all of the solids have melted.
Then drizzle the melted mixture on top of ice cream.
The coconut oil will harden on the cool ice cream, creating a shell.
You can keep the mixture in a jar in a cabinet or fridge for up to 2 weeks.
