3. High-quality food - For travel caterings I love sourcing local ingredients from local farms and focusing on foods that are in season. For some caterings I have traveled with a forager and we have actually foraged local foods to showcase in the catering. So each catering is a way of highlighting fresh ingredients as well as other plant-based proteins, grains and more.

4. Variety - I have a background in opening restaurants for a myriad of celebrities and a combination of themes. I have cooked and formulated recipes for so many restaurants and private caterings so anything that you would possibly want to see on the table.
