Infused Grazing Boxes & Grazing tables

Infused grazing boxes and grazing tables have been one of my more popular requests this year. And who could blame my clients, a grazing table or grazing box has a little something for everyone.

All of my grazing boxes come with freshly made and infused dips, crackers of all kinds both store-bought and handmade, fresh veggies and fruit, flowers, and some come with smokeables when requested.

Anything infused has been infused with hemp or cannabis is from a source I trust and has an amazing flavor and effect that I want you to experience.

And before any grazing box order I ask you if there's any delicious treats or strains that you want to see included in your graze.

These boxes are a crowd pleaser and I have availability this month for a couple of more orders for pickup or delivery in the Portland metro area.

If you are interested in getting a grazing box to make your weekend a little bit more exciting or to celebrate a milestone just go to www.livviesmalls.com/deliveryrequest and fill out the request form!

Happy grazing and happy blazing!

Healthy Coke??

The new "healthy coke" trend has people all over the internet mixing Balsamic vinegar with soda water. Please don't drink this salad dressing soda. Instead make a delicious fruit shrub or find one of the many flavored Thai and Korean drinking vinegars that are already made for you! A shrub is a great way to save fruit that is about to spoil.

Shrub Recipe-

1 lb of fruit (any fruit works but I love to use berries)

2 cups sugar

2 cups apple cider vinegar

In a pan add your fruit and sugar then cook on low until the fruit starts to express juice and the sugar starts to melt then add in two cups of apple cider vinegar. Using a spatula the mixture until the fruit is fully cooked then remove from the heat, strain, and reserve in a jar for mocktails and cocktails.

I like to pour mine over ice with a little bit of tincture and soda water for an infused mocktail! You can also make variations of this with honey or omitting the sugar.

The apple cider vinegar is also great for gut health and digestion.

This is a great recipe for preventing food waste, you can cut the recipe in half very easily, and I promise you that this is a lot tastier than balsamic salad dressing soda.

Terpenes vs High THC

If you ask anyone who works in the cultivation side of cannabis, we are all begging you to stop chasing numbers and follow your nose for the best results. Sure, use the numbers as a guideline but prioritizing high THC percentages can be bad for dispensaries, farms and you as a consumer.

In Canada they toyed around with the idea of making prices higher for higher THC items. If you keep prioritizing the high THC it will ruin the market, and possibly make your cannabis more expensive in the future.

Buying flower based on the THC listed on the label is bad for the cannabis industry.

Number chasers make way for falsified lab results.

If the only flower that is selling is has a high percentage on the label then more farmers will go to labs that will take a bribe in order to give them a higher percentage on their test results.

Labs are not regulated throughout the country to give you the same result so I would be very wary of anyone saying that their cannabis reached a level of THC over 33%.

That means that over a third of the plant is THC trichomes... Which is basically impossible.

And a high number does not equal an amazing effect, THC percentages just magnify the effects that come from terpenes.

Your nose is going to tell you more about how good a strain is than the THC percentage on the label.
